CANADA SHIPPING POLICY

Processing is 2-5 business days; shipping is 2-7 business days with Canada Post or UPS. Processing + delivery altogether can take 5-10 business days!

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with tracking information for your products.

Delays can happen, so we are not responsible for delays and will not refund them due to a delay.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Items labelled as pre-orders can take 1-7 days. Once shipped, it’s delivered in 7-14 days. Pre-order items are shipped with UPS and CANADA POST partners, so once your order clears customs, it will also be updated on your email!

International Shipping Policy

Processing is 3-7 business days; shipping is 8-15 days. Items labelled pre-orders take up to 3-5 business days to ship. Once shipped, it’s delivered in 2-3 weeks.

INCORRECT ADDRESS?

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct. Once your order is shipped, it's in the hands of Canada Post or UPS, and we cannot redirect it. If you put in the wrong address, we are not liable. If the package is shipped back to us, we will ship it back to you, but you are to pay for shipping again. If this happens, you can not cancel the order nor get a refund because you put the incorrect address. The package will be held for 20 days for you to pay for reshipment. We will let you know the shipping cost. Neeka Superstore is not responsible if they (Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, etc.) lose or misplace your package.
